Why I make this Soup

My kids don’t like eating vegetables when they can see them, so this soup helps me make sure they still get the nutrition they need. I also blend a small portion of meat for my younger child, who doesn’t like eating meat, so they still get the nutrients without fuss.

This soup has become a family favorite, it’s simple, healthy, comforting, and easy for busy mums to make.

Tips and Variations

  • Use any vegetables and spices you like, this soup is very flexible.
  • You can use broth instead of water for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less liquid.
  • Add fresh herbs at the end for extra freshness.
  • This soup freezes well, making it perfect for meal prep or busy days.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on the type of meat used.
  • Servings are approximate, you can adjust quantities for larger families.
